Terms of Service

CeoDash provides dashboards and related analysis from business files and approved direct integrations. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to the data you submit.

You may not use CeoDash to attack the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer non-public systems, or process data you are not authorized to use.

CSV, XLSX, and other file-based uploads are offered as a free way to use CeoDash.

Direct integrations are paid features unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing, limits, billing terms, and cancellation terms may be shown in the product, on an order form, or in a separate agreement.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe use of the service creates security, legal, operational, or abuse risk.

You retain ownership of the business data you upload or connect. You grant CeoDash the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and analyze that data to provide the service.

You can request export or deletion of customer data by contacting support@ceodash.tools, subject to legal, billing, security, and backup retention limits.

We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to avoid changes that materially reduce core functionality without notice when practical.

Dashboard outputs are informational and depend on the data provided by uploads and integrations. CeoDash is not a substitute for professional finance, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CeoDash disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CeoDash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
