Terms of Service

Who these terms are with

No contracting legal entity is named in these terms yet. CEODash is operated as a project rather than through a registered company, and we will not name a company that does not exist. When an entity is registered these terms will be reissued naming it, with a new version date, and that version will govern from then on.

Until then, these terms are offered by the operator of ceodash.tools and apply to your use of the service. Questions about who you are contracting with can be sent to support@ceodash.tools before you commit to a paid plan.

The service

CEODash provides a CEO dashboard built from the business files and direct integrations you connect, and a 90-day CEO-training simulator. Features and availability may change; see "Changes to the service" and "Service levels" below.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to the data you submit. You may not use CEODash to attack the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer non-public systems, or process data you are not authorized to use.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@ceodash.tools if you believe an account has been compromised.

Two-factor authentication is required for workspace owners and administrators. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe use of the service creates security, legal, operational, or abuse risk.

Plans, payment, and billing

The free plan is available with no payment and no service-level commitment. File-based uploads are part of it.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe; CEODash does not receive or store card numbers.

Monthly paid plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your paid access continues to the end of the current paid period.

Annual plans are offered only after a customer has completed a successful pilot. We do not sell an annual commitment up front.

Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are at our discretion. There is no committed refund window; if something has gone wrong, write to support@ceodash.tools and we will look at it.

We have not set a refund window for annual plans, because annual plans are only sold after a pilot and the terms of that pilot are agreed with you in writing beforehand.

Statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights, where they apply to you, are unaffected by anything on this page.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, access another customer’s data, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data and its export

You retain ownership of the business data you upload or connect. You grant CEODash the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and analyze that data in order to provide the service.

You can export your workspace’s data from Settings at any time — the records from the sources you connected, plus the financial model built from them.

Dashboard and AI output is decision support and training material. It depends on the data you provide and is not professional finance, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Service levels

No uptime commitment is offered, on any plan. We publish no availability target, no planned-maintenance window and no service credits, and none is implied by a paid plan.

We also do not today commit a recovery-point or recovery-time objective, or a customer incident-notification timeline. We would rather say so here than publish a target the service is not yet operated to meet.

Changes to the service and to these terms

We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the service. We have not committed a fixed advance-notice period for changes that reduce a paid feature; where a change is material to a paid customer we will give notice by email as far ahead as is practical, and this page will say when a notice period is set.

Changes to our sub-processors are notified as described in the Privacy Policy.

When these terms change, the version date at the top of this page changes with them.

Termination and data return

You may terminate at any time by cancelling your plan or by requesting account deletion at support@ceodash.tools. Export your data before you do — see "Your data and its export" above.

After termination we delete or de-identify your data, subject to the backup-purge timeline stated in the Privacy Policy and to any legal retention obligation. We have not yet committed a fixed number of days for that deletion; the Privacy Policy states the windows that do apply today.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CEODash disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

CEODash’s total aggregate liability to a customer under or in connection with these terms is zero. No monetary cap is offered. We are an early-stage company and would rather state that plainly than imply cover we cannot fund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CEODash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.

Data processing and governing law

Where we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies. The DPA is a draft today and is offered as a draft for your legal team to mark up; it is not yet a signed or offered agreement. Customers on their own paper may submit theirs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and the courts of Armenia have exclusive jurisdiction — except that on a negotiated contract we can agree to a customer’s own governing-law and jurisdiction terms.
