One company. Pick the depth you need.
Every plan is one company with a real leadership view. You are priced on the depth you use — board decks, deep analyses and advisory councils — not on how many tools you connect. Connect as many as you like; that never changes your bill.

The product configured to your company end to end — the sections, the model of your business, the visual layer, whatever the fit needs.
Not a bigger bundle of the tier above it. If what you need is the product shaped to how your company actually runs, that is a conversation and a price of its own, not a plan you pick from a card.
Not a plan and not a trial with a timer: upload your own closed months and see whether our figures agree with the report your accountant gave you.
Includes the executive dashboards on your uploaded data and 10 ordinary questions about it, unlocked by your first real upload. Deep analyses, advisory councils and board decks are what the plans above add.
Seats count the people who decide and read. The person who sets CEODash up for you — your accountant or your accounting firm — does not use a seat on any plan, and neither does someone you invite only to request a decision. Their AI questions come out of your workspace’s shared monthly allowance, so it is one company and one pool either way.

These are pilot-period prices, set while our first cohort of customers is still closing. The volumes above are what that price includes today. We will revisit pricing once we have enough customers to know what the product is worth and what it costs us to run — and anyone already paying hears from us before any change applies to them, rather than finding it on an invoice.
If you start now, the price you start on is held for 12 months. After that you move to the price in force at the time — and we tell you before it applies to you, never on an invoice you did not expect.
All plans are monthly. We will introduce annual pricing only after the first customer pilots close successfully — not before, so you are never locked into a year of something that has not proven itself for you.
Prefer to pay by invoice, or need a contract, PO, or security review first? That is normal for buyers in MENA and larger EU SMBs, and it is not something a checkout card can do. Talk to us and we will handle it directly. Talk to sales →
The six questions every buyer asks.
What counts as an integration?
An integration is any source you connect: a native connector (HubSpot, Google Workspace, Jira, Linear, Gmail, Calendar, or your own PostgreSQL) or a spreadsheet upload (CSV/Excel). We do not count or cap integrations — connect as many as you need on any plan. There is no per-connector charge and no "5 integrations" limit; plans are priced on the company and the depth of analysis, not the number of tools.
How many companies and users do I get per plan?
Each subscription covers one company. Included seats are 1 on Solo, 5 on Team, and 15 on Business, and they count the people who decide and read. Two kinds of member sit outside that limit on every plan: whoever sets CEODash up for you — your accountant or your accounting firm — and anyone you invite only to request a decision rather than take one. So bringing your accountant in does not move you up a tier. Their AI questions do come out of your workspace’s shared monthly allowance; there is no separate pool and no second workspace. If you run several companies, or need more deciding seats than Business includes, contact sales and we will set that up rather than stacking cards.
What are the file, history, and deep-operation limits?
CSV/Excel uploads are free with no limit on the number of files. What we meter per month is the deep work: deep analyses (10 on Solo, 40 on Team, 150 on Business), full advisory councils (1 / 5 / 20), board decks (1 / 4 / unlimited on Business), and AI answers (150 / 600 / 2,000). Before you subscribe at all you can upload your own closed months and check our figures against your accountant's report — that costs nothing and has no timer, and it includes 10 ordinary questions about your data, unlocked by the first real upload. Your data stays in your workspace and exports to CSV at any time.
What does the next connection cost?
Nothing extra. Connecting one more tool does not change your price, because plans are not priced per connector. You move up a tier only when you need more deciding seats or more monthly deep operations (analyses, councils, decks) — never because you added another source, and never because you brought in the accountant who sets it up.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Plans are monthly with no annual lock-in, so you can cancel any time from billing — access continues to the end of the current month and your data stays exportable as CSV. For a refund on a recent charge, email support@ceodash.tools and we will sort it out with you directly.
What is the real total cost of ownership?
Three parts, stated plainly. First, the subscription: $99 to $999 a month depending on tier. Second, a one-time setup — usually a few hours with your accountant or fractional CFO to map your chart of accounts and confirm the first data pull. Third, ongoing reconciliation: keeping sources clean each month. CEODash cuts that reconciliation work sharply but does not remove it, so budget for a light monthly touch rather than zero.
